Maybe They Should Have Thought This One Through

I love how the DoD is saying that they told NYC, and NYC is saying they didn't. Doesn't really matter though if you were there for 9/11 though, I imagine.

That? Was the most absurd thing I have ever heard of! Could Not Believe what I was hearing...
I am betting it will be one of those things that no one ever gets to the bottom of.
